Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to support our sales and marketing functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing strategies, with a focus on brand development, events, and content.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the commercial team to create and manage campaigns that drive lead acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute an events strategy that includes webinars and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Design a comprehensive content strategy that includes blogs, whitepapers, videos, demos, case studies, and social media to engage prospects and nurture leads.
  • Implement a look and feel that resonates with our target audience and differentiates us in the market.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive overall business growth.
  • Be directly involved in the creation, design, and delivery of marketing materials, campaign execution, and event planning.


Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation, or a related role within the retail technology, market research, insights, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, content creation, and event management.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and an eye for design.
  • Analytical mindset with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
