We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Enablement Manager to lead our EMEIA enablement team in creating a best-in-class commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales productivity and developing effective sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Champion a Culture of Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across Cision's Commercial EMEIA teams.
- Lead Commercial Enablement: Lead the Commercial Enablement team to create and deliver effective sales and customer experience trainings, leveraging best-in-class methodologies.
- Analyze Sales Productivity: Conduct an analysis of the current state of sales productivity in conjunction with Sales Operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Define Enablement Best Practices: Develop and implement Commercial Enablement best practices across EMEIA, ensuring a consistent enablement experience.
- Ensure Training and Support: Ensure that all EMEIA sellers receive a minimum level of training and ongoing support to drive sales success.
- Liaise with Global Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the Global Sales Enablement function to ensure adoption of global best practices.
- Partner with Managers: Partner with and assist managers in identifying and prioritizing employee training needs.
- Develop Sales Coaching Playbook: Define and implement an effective sales coaching playbook to drive sales performance.
- Manage Onboarding Program: Manage and continuously improve upon Cision's new seller onboarding program.
- Develop Sales Methodology Training: Develop and facilitate sales methodology, product, systems, and process training with internal subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with SMEs: Collaborate with internal SMEs to prepare blended training materials based on industry-leading practices.
- Engage with Senior Leadership: Engage with senior business leadership to define, measure, and optimize training KPIs.
- Provide Management Reports: Provide a robust set of monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Develop Commercial Talent Assessment: Develop a commercial talent assessment process across EMEIA.
- Improve Sales Processes: Proactively improve upon existing sales processes or tools.
- Hire and Develop Team: Hire, develop, and retain a strong team of players.
- Develop Others: Develop the ability of others to perform at their highest potential.
- Establish Performance Measurements: Establish best practice employee performance measurements.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales/sales operations/sales enablement and training experience with global high-tech B2B organizations.
- Sales and Field Sales Management experience.
- Training and learning delivery experience.
- Experience creating and implementing successful sales process/methodology initiatives.
- Experience building effective field sales onboarding and training programs.
- Ability to create and track metrics demonstrating increases in sales productivity.
