About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Commercial Operations & Enablement team as a Centre of Excellence. This role is responsible for designing and delivering enablement solutions to drive sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency across the global sales force.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support business growth and customer value.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and operations teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and deliver enablement solutions, including sales tools, programs, and training, to support sales teams in communicating the Economist value proposition.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align sales enablement efforts with account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Work with sales operations to understand the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a focus on client conversations and the value the Economist Group delivers to its clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales/revenue enablement, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful revenue enablement solutions.
  • Strong sales fluency and understanding of what drives sales organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience driving innovation and process improvement to achieve business objectives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multiple internal departments.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
