Revenue Enablement Manager

Join a global B2B information services firm as a Revenue Enablement Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving commercial success. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring CRM data accuracy, providing business intelligence to the C-Suite, and driving best practice sales and operational processes across the team.

About the Role

As the Revenue Enablement Manager, you will serve as a conduit between the brand Sales team and central functions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your primary focus will be on ensuring all orders are processed accurately in Salesforce and validating and maintaining the master data accuracy of both billing and deal information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Ops Execs to ensure accurate order processing in Salesforce
  • Validate and maintain master data accuracy of billing and deal information
  • Manage the customer billing contact relationship management process to ensure seamless buying experiences
  • Develop and implement best practice sales and operational processes across the team
  • Provide business intelligence to the C-Suite to inform strategic decisions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience within B2B market intelligence or SaaS industries
  • Advanced Salesforce User skills, including Cases, Dashboards, and Order processing
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
