The Revenue Enablement Manager plays a crucial role in designing and delivering enablement solutions to drive sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency across the global sales force. This position is essential for ensuring the successful implementation of a large Transformation programme and will cover for the current Revenue Enablement Manager during her maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with operations colleagues to develop selling tools and programs that support Group and business unit-specific sales strategy and business growth.
- Develop and manage the delivery and execution of sales enablement tools and programs that drive customer value.
- Partner closely with colleagues in Marketing to align with Account Based Marketing (ABM) potential and commercial execution.
- Create value stories, solution frameworks, and client prospecting tools.
- Utilize strong sales fluency and an understanding of what drives sales organizations to achieve success.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and define clear metrics for success and impact on growth throughout a Strategic Account management approach.
- Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with various stakeholders and teams.
