Job Title: Revenue Enablement Manager

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enablement solutions that support our sales teams in achieving their objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive sales strategy success in a growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver enablement solutions with multiple stakeholders, defining clear metrics for success and impact on growth throughout a Strategic Account management approach.
  • Partner closely with colleagues in Marketing to align with Account-based marketing potential and commercial execution.
  • Create value stories, solution frameworks, and client prospecting tools that drive customer value.
  • Work with sales leadership to identify and address knowledge gaps within the sales organisation.
  • Drive increased adoption of sales technology tools and processes, and continue to optimise those processes across the Group.
  • Maintain a clear focus on the client conversation and the value The Economist Group delivers to our clients, in everything that we do to enable the sales teams globally.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Enablement Manager who can bring a minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales/revenue enablement, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful revenue enablement solutions. You will have strong sales fluency, an understanding of what drives sales organisations, and the ability to ensure client advocacy and conversational fluency with senior buyers.

You will be a collaborative and influential individual who can work across multiple internal departments, with excellent English communication skills – both written and oral. Experience working with sales technology tools and processes is essential, as is the ability to drive innovation and process improvement that enables the business to achieve its objectives.
