Job Title: Revenue Enablement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Commercial Operations & Enablement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering enablement solutions to drive sales effectiveness, productivity, and operational efficiency across our global sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to support our business units and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and operations teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and deliver training programs, sales tools, and content to equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align sales enablement initiatives with account-based marketing strategies.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue growth, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance improvement and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, sales strategy, and customer advocacy.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
