About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Performance Coach to drive the successful adoption of Challenger sales methodology and transform our approach to revenue enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging and effective sales training in face-to-face and digital classroom settings.
  • Develop and deliver a blended learning curriculum that drives adoption of Challenger with customized scenarios.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and facilitation support to front-line managers and their sales teams following training sessions.
  • Contribute to subject matter expertise to project teams seeking to systemize the sales methodology training into existing workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, product, marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Challenger methodology adoption.
  • Apply change management principles and techniques to facilitate the successful adoption of the Challenger methodology within our sales organization.
  • Incorporate adult learning psychology and instructional design principles into curriculum design and delivery to ensure learner experience is optimal.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate experience in sales roles.
  • Experience in delivering effective sales training.
  • Have knowledge of the Challenger methodology.
