Role Overview

We are seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to become a vital part of our Revenue Operations Team, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations. This position will be crucial in shaping the GTM strategy at Unily and involves defining success throughout the entire customer journey.

The individual in this role will collaborate with GTM leaders and the broader enablement ecosystem to design and implement enablement programs that empower the GTM Team, ensuring they are equipped for success. This strategic position will significantly influence both the short-term and long-term success of Unily.

This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence 2-3 days a week. Candidates can be based in the UK or US, provided they reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating, developing, and executing innovative training content and programs for our global GTM team and the wider commercial organization.
  • Enhancing ramp-up time for new hires and internal promotions by continually refining our GTM onboarding program; you will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of our onboarding and enablement strategies.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our customer journey, products, go-to-market strategies, and commercial methodologies.
  • Utilizing data and insights (such as engagement surveys and feedback cycles) to pinpoint key learning opportunities for our commercial teams, collaborating closely with our People Team.
  • Acting as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and the broader commercial organization, ensuring that relevant product and technical information flows effectively to keep our team engaged and informed as we launch new products at an increasing pace.
  • Building strong partnerships with our GTM leadership team to address their organizational needs.
  • Monitoring the ongoing performance of the GTM team, identifying knowledge and skill gaps, and developing training to address these gaps, including training on our sales methodologies, application usage, career development programs, and other role-specific requirements.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Over 10 years of experience in a GTM Enablement role within an Enterprise software company, ideally with experience in selling disruptive SaaS products to complex Large Enterprise accounts. Experience in a rapidly growing scale-up company will enhance your application.
  • Proficient public speaker with a track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset and approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading and documenting thought leadership, enablement, and training sessions.
  • Proven ability to create customer-facing training content, with a keen eye for detail and a talent for crafting engaging narratives through written and visual content. Passion for designing user journeys, gamification, and milestone-based learning.
  • Experience in a sales role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, capable of operating efficiently with limited resources and identifying internal process gaps for improvement as we scale. Experience managing internal projects and initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders is essential.
  • Technically adept, familiar with the tech stack and toolkit of a modern SaaS sales professional, and eager to develop a strong understanding of the Cutover platform and solutions.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
