Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid search and shopping efforts. As a key member of our in-house performance marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid search and shopping strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage and optimize keyword targeting, bid strategies, and ad copy to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and optimization, including A/B testing and campaign refinements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search and shopping efforts with broader marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to implement innovative strategies and tactics.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to achieve optimal results and ROI.
  • Lead the development and implementation of testing and experimentation plans to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience of running paid search and shopping campaigns, with demonstrated success in achieving performance goals.
  • Experience of working for or with a marketplace or re-commerce business is desirable.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant digital advertising certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Tableau.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting performance, and achieving targets in a performance-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SA360.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
