Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Platform Community Management:
    • Engage with our online community across various digital platforms, ensuring active participation and fostering a sense of community.
    • Post content across our various digital channels.
    • Monitor and respond to member inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
    • Assist with creating content for cross-channel marketing.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Member Liaison and Blog Management:
    • Engage with members to invite guest blog contributions.
    • Edit blog submissions with the guidance of the management team, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Management of Perks, Member Partners and Charities:
    • Maintain relationships with existing partners and perks providers.
    • Seek new partnerships that benefit our members and enhance the PLATF9RM community experience.
    • Work closely with our charitable partners to support their initiatives and integrate their activities within our community.
  • Events Promotion and Execution:
    • Use the platforms available to promote both member and external events at PLATF9RM.
    • Work with the Marketing Manager to activate new promotions from idea to fruition.
    • Provide some logistical support for events, campaigns, and other marketing activities.
  • Research and Strategy Assistance:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
    • Assist in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Passionate about the value of communities; how they are built and maintained
  • A creative thinker who's not afraid to throw their ideas into the mix
  • Confident working with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a tight-knit team
Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a co-working or community-driven environment.
  • As clear and articulate on paper as you are in person
  • Great at prioritising tasks and planning your day
