Are you a Marketing Manager with previous Line Management experience looking for an autonomous role where you will spearhead and be the decision maker on national Site Safety & Security Marketing Projects while nurturing and growing your own team within a well-established company offering tailored career development opportunities to align with your career aspirations?

Specialising primarily in the construction industry, this company sells and rents purpose-built barriers, fencing, and hoarding for traffic management and security. They collaborate with a variety of national blue-chip companies. Established in 2009, the company has experienced significant growth and is now seeking a Marketing Manager to propel the business to new heights.

In this autonomous role, you will coordinate content creation, website management, SEO, and team management. You'll collaborate with directors and suppliers to ensure cohesive content strategies. Your focus will be on developing and executing targeted marketing strategies for the construction market through blog posts and social media, aimed at boosting brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Hours are Monday to Friday, totalling 37.5 per week in the office, with Hybrid working available after an initial probation period.

This dynamic and varied role would suit a Marketing Manager with previous Line Management experience looking for an autonomous position where you will spearhead and be the decision maker on national Site Safety & Security Marketing Projects while nurturing and growing your own team within a well-established company offering tailored career development opportunities to align with your career aspirations.

The Role:

  • Coordinate content creation, website management, SEO, and team oversight
  • Collaborate with directors and suppliers to ensure cohesive content strategies
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the construction market
  • Utilize blog posts and social media to enhance brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Work Monday to Friday, totalling 37.5 hours per week in the office
  • Hybrid available after an initial probation period
