About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our campaign management team at Sampl Technologies. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex digital sampling campaigns from end-to-end, working with some of the biggest and most exciting brands in beauty and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaign requirements and briefs, setting up campaigns within our platform and project management tools.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on media strategy and execution across various channels.
  • Preparing detailed post-campaign analysis reports to provide clients with performance analyses and data-driven recommendations.
  • Working closely with our fulfillment team to ensure campaigns are booked in with our third-party partners, and that sample stock is received and processed correctly.
  • Ensuring assets such as ads, landing pages, and campaign emails are set up correctly, with best practice in mind, and on-brand for our client.
  • Testing and QA-ing campaigns and gaining approval from clients on their campaign assets ahead of go-live to ensure that each and every campaign runs successfully.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, email, or CRM.
  • Experience in data analytics or market research is essential.
  • Agency experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns would be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
