The role of Injury Management Consultant is essential in aiding injured workers to regain their footing. You will serve as the primary liaison for the injured individual, their employer, and all relevant parties involved in the recovery plan to facilitate a smooth return to work.

This is a Full-time permanent role with the option to work remotely up to three days a week after completing training.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist individuals recovering from workplace injuries, guiding them through both physical and psychological challenges.
  • Build and sustain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and rehabilitation providers, to ensure a safe and timely return to work.
  • Implement proactive and timely strategies to enhance recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in customer service, call center roles, or disability support (such as case management) is highly beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and excel in a dynamic environment.
  • A genuine passion for assisting others and the capability to navigate challenging discussions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and innovative in engaging with stakeholders.
  • Empathetic, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure.
