ROLE OVERVIEW

The position of Injury Management Consultant is essential in aiding injured workers in their recovery. You will serve as the primary liaison for the injured individual, their employer, and all relevant stakeholders involved in the rehabilitation process to facilitate a smooth return to work.

This is a full-time permanent role, offering the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week after completing training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist individuals recovering from workplace injuries, guiding them through both physical and psychological challenges
  • Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and rehabilitation specialists, to ensure a safe and timely return to work
  • Implement proactive strategies to enhance recovery and return-to-work outcomes

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Experience in customer service, call center roles, or disability support (such as case management) is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Genuine passion for assisting others and managing challenging discussions
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of innovative thinking when engaging with stakeholders
  • Empathetic, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure
