POSITION OVERVIEW

In this fast-paced role, you will frequently travel to client locations, bringing your consulting experience and transferable skills to the forefront. Proficiency in French and/or German is advantageous as we expand our global reach.

A DAY IN YOUR ROLE

Your days will be diverse and dynamic, with opportunities to work in various environments, from operational floors to executive meetings. Reporting to the Market Leader, you will manage relationships with senior client management through steering groups.

Identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from Proudfoot's services will be a key aspect of your role, contributing to their future successes.

You will also provide training to client personnel on effective management systems, tools, techniques, and team-building skills, empowering them to implement sustainable changes and enhance operational performance.

Clear communication is essential as you prepare and deliver feedback, presentations, and reports, guiding clients toward their desired outcomes.
