About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our Power & Utilities team at KPMG. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in leading financial advice on large and complex projects, managing client engagements, and developing business relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial advice on large and complex projects, including infrastructure projects and corporate finance transactions.
  • Manage client engagements, including developing and maintaining business relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Power & Utilities sector, including policy, regulatory, and market frameworks.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on financial matters, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with other teams within KPMG to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial advisory, with a focus on infrastructure projects and corporate finance transactions.
  • Strong understanding of the Power & Utilities sector, including policy, regulatory, and market frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze key value drivers for projects.
