Payroll Advisor - Competitive Salary and Permanent Position

Role Overview
As a Payroll Advisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the precise and timely execution of monthly payroll processes.
  • Reconciling payroll documentation and reports.
  • Preparing manual payroll disbursements as required.
  • Maintaining updated records of all statutory and Shared Parental Leave payments.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.
  • Assisting with both internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Proven experience in managing benefits-related inquiries.
  • A proactive individual with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess outputs from payroll providers.
  • CIPP certification or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
  • A dedicated commitment to personal growth and expanding knowledge in payroll management.
