Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits to drive the development of a comprehensive reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a compensation and benefits strategy that ensures the company remains competitive in the market.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in compensation and benefits, ensuring fairness, transparency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the regional long-term incentive plan (LTIP) scheme and propose local solutions to retain key talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, sharing best practices and influencing regional policies.
  • Manage and refine the benefits portfolio, including flexible benefits and total reward packages for UK and Ireland employees.
  • Oversee pension schemes, managing both Group Personal Pensions and the closed Defined Benefit (DB) scheme in partnership with trustees and advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations, including Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting, Equal Pay requirements, and future legislative changes.
  • Provide strategic leadership in developing pay, recognition, and benefits strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
  • Manage budgets for benefits spending across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in compensation and benefits and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of employment law, pension schemes, and compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and management experience, with a proactive and flexible approach to driving team performance.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, with the ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting.
