We have partnered up with a leading Consulting firm to fill a Senior Executive Compensation Manager position in their London team.

The position has been created due to a number of recent client wins and internal promotions. You will ideally have a background in Executive Compensation and RemCo Advisory, come from a Big 4 / Top Reward Consulting firm, and be looking for a new and exciting challenge at a market-leading firm.

The client is seeking a professional with expertise in compensation and benefits, who can provide strategic advice and support to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and support to senior executives on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement compensation and benefits programs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits information to senior executives and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive Compensation and RemCo Advisory.
  • Proven track record of success in compensation and benefits strategy development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
