IT Operations Performance Lead

Role Overview

The IT Operations Performance Lead is responsible for defining and overseeing value and performance metrics, implementing processes, and executing measurement strategies that align with easyJet's strategic goals. This position fosters a culture of continuous enhancement through insights and data-driven decision-making. The role collaborates with ITSO teams to ensure resources are optimized to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

> Extensive experience in an IT environment focusing on portfolio management tasks.
> Familiarity with IT value and performance management frameworks, indicators, and supplier service level agreements.
> Proven experience in IT governance and leadership within a large or complex organization.
> Skills in strategy, planning, and orchestration: strategic planning, service/platform/product lifecycle management, demand management, and capacity planning.
> Strong stakeholder needs analysis and communication management skills.
> Experience in managing and delivering through third-party suppliers, with a focus on business outcomes and employee experience.
> Proficient in data analysis with strong analytical skills.
> Competence in budgeting and financial management.
