Role Overview
We are excited to present an opportunity for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Field Operations Performance Lead. In this position, you will oversee and enhance the performance of a team of proficient Mechanical, Electrical, and ICA technicians, ensuring that operational targets are met safely and efficiently, while adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site audits and manage activities to guarantee the safety of team members, contractors, and third parties through strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
  • Lead an operational team to ensure effective performance in alignment with both internal and external standards.
  • Enhance service delivery while promoting a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Prepare and present reports for key stakeholders as necessary.
  • Standard working hours: 38 hours per week.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in the Water or Wastewater treatment sector or a similar field.
  • Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or ICA disciplines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to cultivate talent within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
