Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and evaluate site operations, ensuring the well-being of the workforce, contractors, and other stakeholders through the diligent enforcement of corporate Health & Safety protocols.
  • Supervise a team to achieve optimal performance in alignment with both internal standards and external expectations.
  • Enhance service delivery and advocate for a customer-centric approach.
  • Mentor and cultivate the skills of team members.
  • Generate reports and presentations for essential stakeholders as necessary.
  • Standard working hours: 38 hours per week
  • Primary Location: East London.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the Water or Wastewater management sector or a similar field.
  • Certification in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines or Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA).
  • Capability to lead and nurture talent within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  • A valid driving license is mandatory.
