Operational Performance Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and evaluate site operations, ensuring the well-being of the workforce, contractors, and other stakeholders through the diligent enforcement of corporate Health & Safety protocols.
- Supervise a team to achieve optimal performance in alignment with both internal standards and external expectations.
- Enhance service delivery and advocate for a customer-centric approach.
- Mentor and cultivate the skills of team members.
- Generate reports and presentations for essential stakeholders as necessary.
- Standard working hours: 38 hours per week
- Primary Location: East London.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in the Water or Wastewater management sector or a similar field.
- Certification in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines or Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (ICA).
- Capability to lead and nurture talent within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
