Opportunity in the Energy Storage Sector

This role presents a remarkable opportunity to engage in the development of battery energy storage solutions within the Great Britain electricity network, significantly contributing to the shift towards a Net Zero future. As a member of one of the UK's rapidly expanding developers, owners, and operators, you will collaborate with a team of industry experts and project management professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic evaluations of the electricity network at both transmission and distribution levels to guide project site selection and electrical specifications.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of all documentation related to grid connection requests in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with developers and network operators to ascertain connection statuses and project timelines.
  • Assess technical site characteristics for prospective projects, ensuring adherence to grid codes.
  • Supervise construction engineering tasks and facilitate smooth transitions throughout project phases.
