Job Description

**Job Title:** Head of Commercial Operations

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial operations team and drive the growth of our business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy asset management and commercial operations, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Commercial Operations:** Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across our portfolio of energy assets.
  • **Portfolio Management:** Oversee the management of our energy assets, ensuring they are operated efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives.
  • **Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion of our energy assets.
  • **Team Leadership:** Lead and manage a team of commercial operations professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in energy asset management and commercial operations, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or economics.
  • **Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
