CK Group is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join a leading company in the hazardous waste management sector. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary based on experience.


As a Territory Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development and enhance the regional customer base, achieving revenue growth in alignment with set targets. You will leverage your technical and commercial expertise to ensure exceptional customer service, aligning with the strategic objectives of the organization.


Location:
This role involves fieldwork across various regions in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Introduce and advocate for new service offerings as they arise.
  • Cultivate sales with both new and existing clients within the Treatment Division.
  • Manage and expand the designated 'top 20' regional accounts.
  • Ensure waste delivery aligns with the volume requirements of both current and new processes.
  • Foster strong internal relationships with Operations, Technical Sales, and Finance teams, who are vital stakeholders in the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Essential experience in technical sales within the hazardous and non-hazardous waste sectors.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively with clients and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth against established targets.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • A degree in Chemistry is advantageous.
