About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Liz Earle Customer Advisor. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized consultations and skin services to customers
  • Meet sales targets and promote Liz Earle products and offers
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
  • Ensure the counter is beautifully presented and showcases the range of Liz Earle products

  • A passion for skincare and beauty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Comfortable working both on their own and within a team
