About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support.
  • Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and technical support.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or help desk environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve complex technical issues.
