About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in ITIL processes and ServiceNow, with experience in IT service management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
