We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians or other teams as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for incident resolution and customer satisfaction.
