Position Overview:

The core objective of this position is to facilitate targeted support and interventions, ensuring every child can thrive as part of the school's Inclusion Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the well-being and academic success of students under the guidance of the Inclusion Team Leader.
  • Engage with parents and lead intervention groups while addressing behavioral challenges among students.
  • Develop and implement Support Plans to assist students facing difficulties.

  • Experience in a multi-agency collaboration environment.
  • Commitment to teamwork and collective goals.
  • Expertise in identifying barriers to learning and crafting effective strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
