About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to join our team as a Student Liaison Officer. As a key member of our student services office, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient and effective administrative support to our students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the student services team, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless interaction between students, parents, and staff.
  • Collaborate with the attendance officer to ensure accurate attendance records and timely interventions.
  • Provide administrative support for events, meetings, and other activities, as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
