Type: Permanent

Hours: 28 hours per week (4 days per week, am to pm)

Term: Term time plus 5 days

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering student independence and enhancing their educational experience. As an Educational Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being of students and ensuring their full participation in all facets of academy life.

We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual who can collaborate effectively with the broader academy team to provide the necessary support for our students to achieve their maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the Inclusion Team to deliver tailored support to students.
  2. Encourage and inspire students to engage actively in their learning.
  3. Implement personalized strategies to enhance students' access to the curriculum.
  4. Focus on developing literacy and numeracy skills through targeted interventions.
  5. Adopt a collaborative approach to planning and delivering a customized curriculum.
