Key Responsibilities:
- Support the well-being and academic achievement of students under the guidance of the Inclusion Team Leader.
- Engage with parents, facilitate intervention groups, and lead Early Help meetings.
- Address behavioral challenges among students, developing Support Plans and providing pastoral care throughout the school.
