About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior E-commerce Manager to join our team at TFG London. As a key member of our E-commerce team, you will play a crucial role in driving our international operations and achieving our short, medium, and long-term e-commerce objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day trade operations of our international e-commerce channels.
  • Update and maintain planning documents for the trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising.
  • Maintain and optimize on-site customer journey for all devices and customer groups in line with the business goals and trading plan.
  • Ensure all key products and categories are communicated effectively and sales are maximized.
  • Manage promotional setup, including campaigns, source codes, and coupon codes.
  • Use website analytics to monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to identify trading opportunities for their channels.
  • Effectively manage, motivate, and develop two direct reports.

About You

To be successful as a Junior E-commerce Manager, you will have previous experience in a trading role with an online retail business and some exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will be highly analytical and commercially driven with intermediate Excel skills. This role will suit a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, able to manage their workload and meet deadlines.
