Key Responsibilities

  • Trading Calendar Management

Update and maintain planning documents for the trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising strategies.

Customer Journey Optimization

Maintain and optimize the on-site customer journey for all devices and customer groups in line with business goals and trading plans.

Product Communication and Sales Maximization

Ensure all key products and categories are communicated effectively to maximize sales.

Promotional Setup and Management

Manage promotional setup, including campaigns, source codes, and coupon codes.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring

Use website analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities, and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration with Digital Marketing Team

Work closely with the digital marketing team to identify trading opportunities for their channels.

Team Management and Development

Effectively manage, motivate, and develop two direct reports.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a trading role with an online retail business and some exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will be highly analytical and commercially driven with intermediate Excel skills.
