Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Success Talent. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales and presence across our UK website and marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across all online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and other digital marketing activities to drive traffic and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely updates and accuracy of inventory across all online channels.
  • Analyse performance metrics and use insights to propose and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns to boost sales during peak shopping periods.
  • Liaise with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Coordinate with the website development team to ensure a user-friendly shopping experience, including site navigation, content creation, checkout process, and post-purchase communication.
  • Manage Digital Agency for Technical and UX/UI developments.
  • Manage one direct report and in time build a high performing dynamic in-house E-Commerce team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a multichannel retail environment.
  • Super user of Magento or Magento 2.
  • Proficient with Magento e-commerce platform and marketplace selling (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy).
  • Proven track record of e-commerce growth and ability to scale up E-Commerce operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing).
  • Analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
