As part of the Media.Monks E-Commerce Practice, you will engage in a broad spectrum of services, including:

  • Search Engine Optimization, Content, and Brand Store Enhancement
  • Managed Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, etc.)
  • Vendor/Seller Central Account Oversight
  • Business Strategy and Consulting
  • Content Creation

Opportunity Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned E-Commerce leader to propel the growth of our expanding E-Commerce practice and strengthen our collaborations with Amazon. If you are enthusiastic about shaping our E-Commerce initiatives in the EMEA region, fostering client relationships, identifying new client prospects, and contributing to sales and revenue enhancement, this could be a compelling opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate is a strategic visionary with robust leadership capabilities, a strong sense of accountability, and a proven history of achievement. You will work closely with the senior EMEA team to design, develop, and manage our expanding E-Commerce services. Key responsibilities include attracting and retaining clients, serving as an E-Commerce subject matter expert, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive existing client engagements.
  • Contribute to the advancement of our Future E-Commerce business.
  • Refine existing systems and processes to optimize monetization opportunities.
  • Lead Amazon account teams to boost revenue potential.
  • Enhance category-level performance in digital brands and markets.
  • Evaluate current Amazon strategies and suggest actionable enhancements.
  • Identify client opportunities throughout the customer journey.
  • Share E-Commerce expertise and insights with the team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and seize emerging opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance E-Commerce offerings.
  • Innovate and explore new avenues to monetize our E-Commerce strategy.
  • Ensure state-of-the-art E-Commerce propositions in collaboration with digital teams.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with local EMEA teams to enhance E-Commerce capabilities.

Your Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, paid media, retail, consulting, or analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing operations, particularly in E-Commerce.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Advertising platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing metrics and performance.
  • Ability to make swift and effective decisions.
  • Passion for digital innovation and industry trends.
  • Experience in leading teams across multiple management levels.
