E-Commerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance product listings across multiple online marketplaces
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising strategies
  • Work in conjunction with inventory and logistics teams to ensure precise inventory management
  • Evaluate performance metrics to recommend strategies for growth
  • Plan and implement promotional initiatives
  • Guarantee a smooth shopping experience for consumers
  • Coordinate with the web development team to ensure user-friendly navigation
  • Manage external digital agencies for technical and user experience improvements
  • Build and lead a dedicated in-house E-Commerce team

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in E-Commerce
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth within E-Commerce operations
  • Expertise in the Magento platform
  • Familiarity with online marketplace sales (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing techniques
  • Analytical capabilities with experience in tools such as Google Analytics
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
