The Role
The E-commerce Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the management and enhancement of our online analytics systems, particularly focusing on Magento 2. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in e-commerce analytics, expertise in Google Tag Manager, and the capability to convert data into actionable strategies to elevate our digital performance.
E-commerce Operations Coordinator Overview
Google Tag Manager Implementation: Oversee the integration and management of Google Tag Manager (GTM) across our digital platforms to guarantee precise tracking and reporting of user interactions and e-commerce metrics.
Data Reporting & Insights: Create and sustain detailed dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics platforms to assess site performance, user behavior, and critical metrics.
E-commerce Performance Enhancement: Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for boosting conversion rates, user experience, and overall site efficacy.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure the accurate and efficient deployment of tracking codes, tags, and scripts within Magento 2.
A/B Testing Initiatives: Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to refine landing pages, product pages, and overall site performance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside marketing, UX/UI, and product teams to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign strategies, site enhancements, and new feature developments.
Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to team members on the utilization of analytics tools and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation related to tracking implementations and data analysis methodologies.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics, updates to Magento 2, and digital marketing strategies.
E-commerce Operations Coordinator Requirements
Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other relevant analytics tools.
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated experience as an E-commerce Analytics Coordinator or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Magento 2.
Prior experience working with Magento, Bigcommerce, and Woocommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills being highly desirable.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience in website migration is preferred.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard working hours
