About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Analyst to join our team at INEOS Automotive. As a key member of our Digital Delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of our E-Commerce systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage E-Commerce Systems: Ensure platform availability and manage inbound work queues to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • IT Point of Contact: Act as the single point of contact in IT for E-Commerce tickets, queries, and initial engagements.
  • Support Requirements: Manage all inbound E-Commerce Support requirements, translating them into business requirements or resolutions for delivery on the required platform.
  • Supplier Engagement: Work closely with E-Commerce Delivery Supplier support teams on operational activities and resolution actions.
  • Product Owner Collaboration: Build and manage the relationship with the E-Commerce Product Owner, ensuring all E-Commerce deliverables are aligned to requirements and priorities.
  • Change Management: Support the Digital Delivery team in overall change management and delivery projects, ensuring newly released functionality is understood and worked into operational plans.
  • Process Enhancement: Own and continuously enhance E-Commerce operational service processes, supporting wider Digital operations practices.
Requirements
  • E-Commerce Experience: Experience working with E-Commerce solutions, utilizing an E-Commerce engine with CMS frontend.
  • Support Ticket Management: Experience managing a support ticket queue end-to-end and associated operational processes.
  • Technical Skills: Agile and Waterfall methodologies, support ticket management, knowledge of development methodologies and practices, testing strategy and management, E-Commerce experience and platform knowledge, and tools such as DevOps, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Teamwork.
