We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our European store.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with our third-party warehouse to ensure timely shipments and accurate inventory management.
  • Working with our customer experience team to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Setting up products across our European storefronts and ensuring that they meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborating with our US team to launch new products and services.
  • Monitoring site performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and either French or German, with 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce. You should have experience with logistics, warehousing, and item setup, as well as proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a similar ERP system.
