Job Title: Employee Experience Specialist

NICE is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to lead employee engagement activities across multiple offices in EMEA and APAC, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment. This role will be part of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an annual employee experience strategy
  • Implement initiatives to enhance NICE's employer brand and reputation
  • Organize employee wellbeing events and activities to promote a healthy work-life balance
  • Add creativity and innovation to employee experience initiatives to drive engagement and retention
  • Customize global initiatives to align with local business needs and culture
  • Manage external vendors and partnerships to support employee experience initiatives
  • Orient new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Oversee budget for employee experience initiatives to ensure effective resource allocation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in global employee experience roles with a focus on strategy and implementation
  • Strong project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Passion for creativity and turning ideas into reality to drive employee engagement
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Event planning expertise to deliver high-quality events and activities
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail to ensure effective execution of employee experience initiatives
