About the Role:

Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housing Solutions Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent Housing Solutions Service designed around customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To determine and administer the requirements of the Homeless Reduction Act 2017, in its Prevention, Relief and Homeless duties.
  • To conduct an accurate assessment of customer's needs, the outcome of which is effectively communicated to them and is laid out in a Personal Housing and Wellbeing plan.
  • To increase housing options and solutions for customers who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Key Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and policies.
