Role Overview
As a key member of our implementation team, you will facilitate effective communication among retail staff throughout the entire critical path. Your role will involve coordinating, supporting, and supervising all merchandising and de-merchandising initiatives related to store enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute planograms to a high standard, tailoring layouts to meet the unique requirements of each store while adhering to company guidelines.
- Ensure optimal customer offerings during transitional periods, maintaining a customer-centric approach for all program and phasing activities.
- Uphold company merchandising standards consistently, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks to customer experience and store aesthetics.
- Provide weekly updates on progress, risks, and issues to program teams, ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed.
- Assist store teams during transitions, ensuring all marketing materials, graphics, and point-of-sale items are accurate and pertinent.
- Manage and order marketing materials as necessary.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with in-store and regional teams, aligning priorities with Team Leaders and working closely with the broader business.

Candidate Profile
- Solid background in retail operations.
- Exceptional communication and listening abilities.
- Proven experience in in-store merchandising and visual merchandising/planograms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Physical capability to perform general manual handling tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to various locations.
