About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at YMCA England & Wales. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of paid staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets, drive donations, and promote the work of YMCA in the local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and drive donations
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize income and minimize costs
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service and high store standards
  • Manage store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise to ensure a compelling store offer
  • Collaborate with the wider Retail team to share best practices and drive business growth
