Role Overview
As a key member of our implementation team, you will facilitate effective communication among retail staff throughout the entire critical path. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising all merchandising and de-merchandising initiatives related to store enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the execution of planograms to the highest standards, tailoring layouts to meet the unique requirements of each store while adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Maintain optimal customer offerings during transitional periods, ensuring a customer-centric approach for all program activities.
- Uphold company merchandising standards consistently, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks to customer experience and store aesthetics.
- Provide weekly updates on progress, risks, and issues to program teams, offering constructive feedback to stakeholders.
- Assist store teams during transitions, ensuring that all marketing materials, graphics, and point-of-sale displays are accurate and relevant.
- Manage and order marketing items as necessary to support store operations.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with in-store and regional teams, aligning priorities with Team Leaders and engaging with the broader business.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in retail operations.
- Exceptional communication and listening abilities.
- Background in in-store merchandising and visual merchandising/planograms with a successful track record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to perform general manual handling tasks, including lifting and using ladders.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
