About the Role

Tata Technologies is seeking a highly skilled SAP PP Implementation Specialist to join our Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES) Department. As a key member of our team, you will drive and support the implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP) functionality, leveraging your expertise to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM and CO)
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide system solutions, identifying and interpreting customer needs
  • Design, customize, configure, and test PP modules, including shop floor processing functions and production planning
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, creating required documentation and knowledge transfer plans
  • Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, resolving issues and providing consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
  • Experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects, with a strong background in SAP PP and related modules
  • Designing and configuring PP modules, with knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
  • Experience with shop floor processing functions, production planning, and supply chain management
  • Business process understanding of interfaces between different IT applications (MES, PLM) and ECC
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others and demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with Auto Industry business processes
