Shift Pattern: Full & Part Time - Shifts - 8am - 8pm & 8-2pm & 2-8pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Richmond Villages Bede. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
