About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care to service users living independently in their own homes, tailoring your support to meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, personal care, and hygiene
  • Provide light meal preparation and domestic support
  • Administer medication as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users and their families

Shifts and Schedule:

Shifts are available from 6am to 2pm, with alternate weekends. This role requires a driver due to the localities.
